User Agreement for Mexico Insurance.com

Policy Changes

  • No vehicle changes will be accepted after the policy is in force.

  • The only changes that will be acceptable after the policy has been issued is the personal data ( ie: Name, Address, Telephone, etc. )

  • You may update or change your account information by contacting us at customercare@mexicoinsurance.com or via our secure customer login page.

Return Policy

  • This insurance contract can only be cancelled by either the insured or insurance company.

  • All daily policy refunds will be determined by the used amount of days.

  • All annual policy refunds will be converted into a daily rate and the customer will be charged for the used days.

  • There will be no refunds on policies that have been in force for more than 20 days.

  • A request to cancel a policy for which a pending loss has been reported or a loss has been paid, the premium is fully earned and no refund will be granted!

  • All policies cancelled prior to the effective date will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

  • All policies cancelled after the effective date will be charge the used premium and a 10% cancellation fee.

  • To request a cancellation it must be done in writing!
